 What to Expect:  

✨ Immediately after your appointment, brows will appear darker and slightly larger than the final result.  

✨ During the healing process (4-9 days), the color will soften by 30%.  

✨ A touch-up session is required 6-12 weeks later to perfect and prolong the results.  

Aftercare:  

No rubbing, no scrubbing, no steaming, no sweating for 4-9 days until the peeling is done, and no tanning for 4 weeks. Please plan your appointment accordingly to accommodate this healing period.

Both Microshading and Microblading are permanent eyebrow techniques, but they differ in application, results, and suitability for different skin types.  

Microblading

Pain level is minimal. The pigment is implanted more superficial with permanent make up application than body tattoos, that’s also the reason why it fades faster. A topical anesthesia is applied before, during and after the procedure if needed.

We also suggest avoiding scheduling a few days before or during your menstrual cycle due to elevated sensitivity.

NO pain killers should be taken prior appointment, it’ll negatively impact the results!

Ombre brows can last anywhere from 1 to five years. The retention will depend on a number of factors, such as lifestyle, skin type, sun exposure, health condition, etc. To maintain the pigment color it is advised to get retouches done every 12-24 months.

Lash enhancement, or invisible eyeliner as it’s also called, is a permanent make up procedure and involves tattooing a thin black line along the lash line to create the illusion of fuller, darker, thicker lashes for a natural, youthful, eye-opening effect. 👁
Technically it’s a pretty easy and quick procedure, that usually takes no longer than 1 hr.
Topical anesthesia is applied before/during the procedure for maximum comfort.😴

Shaded eyeliner
has a wing and shading on top, which are customized for each client. Please note, this style is not suitable for hooded, droopy eyelids.

Eyeliner tattoo lasts 3-6 years before a client needs a refresh and never completely goes away, so keep in mind, that any eyeliner style is a long time commitment

Lip blushing is a permanent makeup technique on lips, that enhances the beauty of the natural lip color or changes/corrects the color, improving the shape/contour of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness.
Please note:
– It is NOT lip augmentation and the swelling you experience right after the procedure is normal and subsides a few hours later.
– If you’ve had fillers done to your lips, please wait 1 month before getting lip blush done.
– Start taking antiviral medication the day of the procedure if you have history of cold sores/herpes.

EYEBROWS  

✔ Days 1-3: Wash your eyebrows twice a day using a gentle gel cleanser or antibacterial soap.  

✔ Starting the next morning: Apply a pea-sized amount of the provided aftercare ointment once a day (morning only) for 3 days using a Q-tip.  

✔ Avoid touching your eyebrows and try to sleep on your back for the first week.  

✔ Day 4 and beyond: Your brows may start to **flake and appear patchy**—this is normal! Until they finish peeling:  

   – Avoid direct water contact (you can wash your face, just avoid the brow area).  

   – Do NOT pick, rub, or scratch them!  

✔ Keep brows dry and avoid sweating, steam, and heat exposure (no workouts, hot showers, saunas, or baths) until peeling is complete.  

✔ No makeup or skincare on the treated area until the peeling stage is over.  

✔ Pigment longevity depends on lifestyle: Sun exposure, lasers, Retin-A, vitamin C, hydroquinone, chemical peels, and excessive sweating can cause premature fading.  

LIPS  

✔ Day of the procedure: Gently wipe lips with lukewarm water on a cotton round. Avoid hot/spicy food and alcohol.  

✔ Starting the next day: Keep lips moisturized at all times with the provided ointment—apply a thin layer regularly.  

✔ Do not touch or pick at your lips during the healing process.  

✔ Lips typically heal within 5-6 days.  

EYES  

✔ Wash your eyes with mild soap the night of the procedure.  

✔ Take an antihistamine to help with swelling.  

✔ Do NOT wet the area or apply makeup for 4 days.  

IMPORTANT REMINDERS  

💡 Healing doesn’t stop after peeling! The color of your tattoo will continue to change (lighten or darken) as your skin recovers. Full healing takes 4-6 weeks.  

💡 Every skin type heals differently—some clients retain a lot of pigment after one session, while others may need more. That’s why a touch-up is essential!  

💡 Final results can only be judged after your touch-up has fully healed!

Permanent makeup is still a tattoo, even though applied superficially. It fades — but it does not always disappear completely.

How long it lasts depends on the area treated, your skin type, and most importantly, the type of pigment used.

Brows

Brows (Nano, Powder, or Combo) typically hold visible color for 1.5 to 3 years before needing a refresh.

On some skin types — especially younger or oilier skin — brows can fade significantly. On drier or more resilient skin, they may last longer.

However, in most cases there is usually some trace left in the skin, even years later. It may be a soft shadow or slight tone underneath, but rarely 100% gone.

Pigment type matters:

 • Oxide-based (mineral) pigments are more likely to fade substantially over time.

 • Carbon-based pigments are more stable and can remain in the skin much longer, especially if implanted deeply.

Lips

Lip Blush generally lasts 2–3 years, but with lips, color choice matters a lot.

Very light nude shades contain a lot of titanium dioxide, which is extremely stable. Over time, it can leave a pale or opaque residue, which will be almost impossible to remove.

On the other hand, overly cool or bright raspberry tones can turn blue with time.

With lips, selecting the right color and formulation is just as important as the technique itself.

Eyeliner

Eyeliner is different.

Black eyeliner pigment is carbon-heavy and extremely stable.

In reality, eyeliner never fades completely on its own. It may soften slightly, but full disappearance without laser removal is rare.

The Bottom Line

Permanent makeup fades, but it doesn’t wash away.

PMU provides a long-lasting effect. However, over time, the pigment fades and becomes less vibrant. This happens under the influence of metabolic processes that remove a foreign substance from the body. Also, PMU gets lighter as a result of the influence of ultraviolet rays and care products: lightening creams, scrubs, vitamins C, retinol and other cosmetic products.

Refresh is a procedure during which the artist refreshes PMU: restores color saturation, restores brightness and contrast to the pigment. The emphasis is on the shade of the eyebrows, lips or shading on the eyelids. During refresh appointment the artist can also slightly change the shape and color if needed.

Maintenance session is recommended to be done 1.5-3 years after the initial procedure. This period depends on one’s metabolic rate, skin type, age, the pigment that was used and the technique of performed permanent makeup.

So, for example, in younger clients, the metabolic rate and cell renewal are higher, so they need to refresh color more often. Women age 30 and up, will most likely be coming back every 1.5-2 years.

How to determine that you need to do a refresh?

Look for the following signs:

– the shade of the pigment has become dull, pale, less vibrant;

– you feel the need to use regular makeup on the area daily;

– one brow looks a little lighter than the other (it can happen, our face doesn’t age symmetrically either);

– the shade of the pigment has acquired an undertone – blue, gray, red (often this happens if a client doesn’t follow care instructions. Remember to use an SPF!);

Do not wait for the tattoo of the lips, eyebrows or eyes to completely disappear. With a timely visit to the artist, the procedure is quick and does not require a long recovery.

The price of a refresh is about half the cost of the initial procedure! And most often it does not require a touchup after a month.
